SIGNATURE DISH started as a hobby by Richard Baker at 50 + years old, a keen foodie of delicious food from a simply plate to something more complicated. I believe any dish can be signature dish if cooked with the best ingredients available and with passion.
Proud how Britain has transformed it culinary offering during my lifetime. Too many kitchens are dwarfing into the same and I love seeing how any kitchen is driven by offering the best version they can.
Inspiring chefs rather then unfairly reviewing them is key for innovating new chefs and kitchens.
